• The pump preload valve SYDZ 0001 if the flow of control pumps A10VSO with SYDFE adjustment has to be controllable at an operating pressure of less than 12 bar and only internal pilot fluid is available for the adjustment.
• The pump preload valve SYDZ 0001 has integrated preload and maximum pressure limitation.
• Notice: The pressure limitation is determined according to the ordering code (see type key) and is not adjustable.
• The pump preload valve SYDZ 0001 is directly fastened at the SAE pressure connection of the variable displacement pump A10VSO (see RE 92711 and RE 92714).

The pressure pre-loading is only effective within the pressure range up to 20 bar. If the operating pressure in port P1 exceeds 30 bar, the preload valve (1) is completely opened. For limitation of the maximum pressure, a pressure relief valve (2) is integrated in the pump preload valve which is fixedly set at the factory (see ordering code). An integrated check valve (3) that may be available allows for the pressure control in the range < 20 bar.

The pressure limiting function is a pure safety function and not suitable for continuous operation!

Upon commissioning, the system is to be bled.
